I'm so incredibly impressed by what Ana and the team achieved in such a short space of time. The process that they followed was thorough and deeply considered, and along the way, they demonstrated their ability in a huge range of technical activities - from research methods to ideation and prototyping processes. But aside from this, and from the energy that they brought to the project, they were simply a pleasure to work with - a perfect culture fit for any design team that values innovation, collaboration and humility. Ana was particularly strong in presenting concepts and findings in a clear and concise manner. It's clear that she's got a really promising career in design ahead of her and I can't wait to see what she does next...
